Dosing Kalk on a Doser

I'm in the middle of setting up a 250g tank (pics coming Soon) I have the Avast Marine Kalk stirrer and want to start off dosing it while my tank is new until i get my Calcium Reactor online. I know the traditional way is to hook up to auto top off but i don't want to do that, caused big big problems on my last system. Any way can i hook it up to my doser and program it to go off every hour for a certain amount of time? If so does anyone have the programming on Apex to do so?

You need to start dosing in a new tank? WOW.. You just buying a crap ton of mature corals from someone right from the start?

Which dosing pump do you have? One should be able to easily program it to run at certain times/intervals..

Yeah I have some corals from old system and i'll be buying a couple months of WWC Coral Club i'll be ordering mostly SPS from them. My LFS mostly carries has LPS and softies.

If you have "some" corals, I would start by dosing 2 part and save the expense of a reactor, CO2 tank, and CO2 regulator until your tank is using 200 + ml of dKH/day.

Do you know what the daily dKH usage is?

What doser are you using? If using something like a BRS doser, I've found this dosing calculator to be immensely helpful for Apex dosing programming...
