Dosing Trace Elements

So I got my first ICP(ati) results. Low in iodine, manganese, fluorine and molybdenum.

Iron is also 0 although they didn't advise dosing that.

My question is do any of you more experienced guys have any advice on a trace elements supplement to dose?

On a side note my phosphate levels were low and my results from hanna ulr checker have been showing up about 4x higher. I must be doing something wrong.

This was my exact question about doing auto water changes. Im thinking of posting that to the main forum for more input.

Personally i have done red sea trace colors as that seems very highly rated BUT i dont do ICP testing. Which bugs me that im dosing something im not testing. Why i wanted to get input on auto water changes. Im doing 15% a week too.

What are you wanting to know about the auto water changes?

Heres the topic i started here last week,

But basically, if doing 15% water changes doesnt replenish alk, cal, mag and it wont replace trace elements (according to this discussion)... other than nitrate reduction, whats the point.

Im more curious about numbers and scientifically speaking. I 100% would never stop my daily water change "habit" because i know some how its the main reason why tanks are very stable.

Dude I have been wondering the same exact thing lol. I know the 1 gallon a day is doing absolutely nothing for my elements but I have to say that my coral look amazing. I'm not even sure about the whole nutrient thing with doing 1 gallon a day either. I'm not scientist tho.

Of course 15% water changes is not going to raise the other 85% to the same range as fresh mixed saltwater. It seems dosing or calcium reactor would be the only way to keep it steady. I was just more curious about the method of not over dosing. Short of frequent ICP test.
