Dosing when adding fish

Does anyone stop dosing when they add new fish to their DT?
By dosing I mean kalk, sodium bicarbonate, calcium, magnesium, or trace elements?

I'm wondering if a change in a couple dkh of alk or ppm in the other params would impact newly introduced fish. Is it enough to stress them out?

Once my fish are done with QT I just drop them in the DT.

I do water changes on the QT with water from the DT. Gets rid of any meds and guarantees water is the same.

I do the same as wood ^

And I dose 5 times a day. Alk stays within .02ish dKH from what I've seen on the Hanna. (Love that test kit)
