downgrade sale (FT/FS)

so i might downgrade from my 240g tank to something a bit smaller. i have had some problems outside of the reef world, and this might help a bit. so here is what i have:

-240g (4'x4'x2') acrylic tank, with 4-2" bulkheads cut in the back. there are 2 viewable sides to this tank, the other sides are black acrylic. 36" tall stand. this is actually 2 stands that i built that fit together to form 1 solid stand for the tank. imagine 2 stands for 120g tanks that sit side by side. custom made black horizontal overflow that runs the length of 1 side. 55g sump, drilled for external return. plumbing (ball valves, dursos, reverse dursos). $1100
-2 48" aquactinics tx5 fixtures, with hanging kits. less than a month old. $450/light.
-1 reefflo snapper pump. less than a month old. $190.
-reef octopus 200 recirc skimmer, with mesh mod. $300.

i am looking for something around 120g RR or so. let me know if you have anything around this size.

if you want to go the trade route, i am looking for a trade, plus some cash. if someone wants the entire setup, i will give you a good price for everything.

i am sure that i have more stuff to list for this right now, but it is late.

I have a complete 72 ga BF for $575. Much smaller, etc. Has a spare tank too.

that is a bit too small for me. i am trying to get something 120 or larger. thanks though.

also, i am willing to separate the tank and stand. if you are just interested in the tank only let me know.
