Downsizing tank....Tank/Equipment for sale!

Hey Guys....I am downsizing my tank to a 12 gallon nano. To say the least, I am selling my tank and all of the equipment that goes along with it. I am hoping to sell it all together and not part things out. I am looking to get $400 for everything. Here is what is going....

Tank 25 gallon tall...(24", 12.5", 20.5")
Wooden Stand
Overflow Box
Phosban Reactor with Maxi Jet (extra media included)
Sealife Systems Skimmer (also has a pump)
Sump Container
Mag 9 Pump
Mag 5 Pump
24" Coralife Hood (10 K and 50/50)
Extra Actinic Bulb
Sand
Live Rock (not sure how much...will be keeping a few pieces for my new tank)
Fan with clip
20+ filter socks
I also have extra pvc/tubing

Anything extra that I have and didn't list is also included in the sale of this tank. One price takes it all! The tank is about 10 months old.
