Dream RSR 250 setup?

So I think I have decided on a RSR 250 for my first reef tank. Not too big, not too small. If you had a blank checkbook, how would you set it up? The only thing set in stone is a comprehensive controller, like an Apex. Planning on it being a Mixed tank.
