Does anyone near Fairview have a drill larger than 3/8" that I could borrow? Preferably with adjustable speeds. My diamond bits are too large for both my drills.
If not then does anyone know where I can get one of these local.

I'd go to your local Harbor Freight. For no more than you will use it, they should have something cheap that will work quite nicely. They also often sell reconditioned Makita, Dewalt, etc. as well as off brand stuff.
