Drop-In Chillers

Are there any small drop-in chillers out there for smaller reef tanks. The only ones I have been able to find are for big tanks.

There is a drop in type chiller let me see if I can find a link.

Here's a hang on type. http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_chillers_coolworks_microchiller.asp?CartId=

I was able to find another but at over 700 bucks, and for 75 gals and up, its probably not what youre looking for. Have you tried just a simple fan to blow air across the top of the tank? This is how I keep mine cool and it works like a charm. It will however increase your evaporation rate.

That chiller is simply an IceProbe in an AquaClear power filter. I have an IceProbe in a PenguinMini but you dont have to place it in a power filter. The probe has a bulkhead attached to it so if you have your tank drilled, you can attach it directly to the glass/acrylic.
In case anybody was wondering, the IceProbe works very, very well on my 3 gallon tank.

I know this isnt a drop-in but its made for "smaller" tanks so its worth a looksee;

1/15hp in-line for up to 50 gal tanks. As awesome as it is expensive (pre-ordering for $299.00).
