Dry rock/Live rock

I am not new to saltwater. I had tank meltdowns over the summer (BC14 and IM 20g) when my air conditioning went out when I was on vacation. I am finally getting around to setting up a tank again. I have upgraded to the new Biocube16 as my BC14 was very old. I don't want to go larger as this tank sits on the counter in the kitchen. I am giving the BC14 away and including the rock with it. So I need to purchase new rocks for the new tank. I have never bought dry rock before. My rocks have always come from TBS. I did the package and split the rock between the two tanks. But Richard at TBS is recuperating from surgery and won't be able to get live rocks for quite a while. I don't have enough patience to wait that long :o Should I do live rock with another vendor and if so, who? Does anyone ship live rocks overnight in water like Richard does? If they don't ship in water, how do they ship? And how much die off is there? Pests don't bother me. I am willing to set out the traps to catch all the little pesky critters. I caught a ton of gorilla crabs and bad snails in the TBS rocks and that was a pretty small order:D Can't imagine what a big order would be like. I really love the biodiversity that you get with live rocks that you don't with dry. So I am leaning that way, but have no experience outside of TBS.

Or should I just do dry rock and seed the tank with a couple pieces of live rock? My issue with dry rock is all the people complaining about phosphates leaching out of them. I think there have been complaints against BRS Pukani for leaching phosphates. I live in an apartment so doing a muriatic acid soak for the rocks is not possible. Does any vendor sell dry rocks that DON'T leach phosphates?
