I bought this used about a year ago and it has worked just fine for me. The bulbs should likely be replaced, as they've all got 6 months+ on them at best guess. I'll wire it all up if you want, but here's what it includes:
-dual 175w halide ballast in case
-all wiring
-two parabolic relfectors (the nice, really shiny ones)
-sockets and bases mounted to reflectors
-three bulbs (all 10k I believe, I'd have to check brand)
-quick disconnect adaptors at the ballast
$150 for the entire setup.
