Dual 250w Galaxy Ballast

This ballast has only been running for 2 weeks at 6 hours/day and almost every day one of the bulbs this ballast is running will turn off. Sometimes both of them turn off, and they don't come back on. The only way I've been able to get them to come back on is to unplug the ballast and let it sit for a couple minutes. Now I know this isn't normal, but has anyone else run across this problem?

What kind of bulbs are you running. My Galaxy has been problem free. I use Phoenix 14ks.

I would call who ever you got it from and get another 1.

I'm using 20k Radiums.

I called Sunlight Supply and they're sending me a prepaid postage to send them the ballast and they're either going to fix the problem with mine or send me a new one. I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem.
