Dual color torch coral

Hey there,

I have a branching torch coral that has both purple and green tips in each head. I've not seen this for sale anywhere. Is it some weird variant or something that happens with age? I got it off someone breaking down their tank and it's 4 years old with about 10 branches.

It's just a coral with a color variant. Nothing truly special scientifically, but a nice sight to the average aquarist. Got any pictures?

It's a variant. I think this is a frogspawn - it has pink with green tips, brown with pink tips, brown with green tips and pink with pink tips. When it's fully extended, it looks tie-dyed.

i had one for olny a week and it closed up and hardend over . i wish it could come back
