dumb question

so im having a blonde moment (dont get offended anyone-i amblonde lol) i have a mated pair of oc but one of them has only half its stripe down the middle. the guy at my lfs said it was some kind of oc but i forgot what the name was and im just want to know i guess. anyone know :rollface:

o yea and the band on his tail is only half there and hes a lot lighter orange than my lady- but it may be because hes the male? i dunno

Not sure about the color difference being because it a male -- could just be genetic.

As for what it is call, usually clowns with an unformed bar/stripe are called mis-bars.

oo he was saying that it was more expensive because it was rare? i dont think he was giving me bs because it was marked more than the regular oc. is it normal? i kept thinking he called it a picasso but its def not

A pic would be nice. It isn't a picasso, since those are percs. It is possible that it is a snowflake, but I doubt it, since they tend to have a lot more white.

Not sure if they are rare or not, some people like them, so don't -- the whole beauty in the eye of the beholder thing.

yea i know its not a snowflake. ive always wanted choc or black but there arent many lfs around me and the one i go to didnt have any. then they got a huge shipment in a couple months after i started and my bf offered to take mine so i could get them but i love my lil guys and cant part with them! so watev he is i love him all the same!lol

Is there a chance of getting a better picture of the eye of the mis-barred one? I will be the first to admit that I am awful at telling percs and O's apart, but the mis-bar reminds me more of a Perc.

todd- hes REALLY hard to get pics of! he wont stop moving and i have an old crap point and shoot. around his eye is orange though, not black like my other guy? i noticed that watching them the other day
