Duncan coral help

I bought a Duncan coral about 10 months ago, it has since sprouted 2 new heads, but about a month ago I upgraded my T5 light from 2 bulbs to a 4 bulb system using ATI bulbs 3 blue+, and one purple +. I have noticed since the new lght jave been one one or two of the bigger heads of my coral acting weird. The tentacles have swollen up ALOT they look like baloons, almost to the point of popping. The coral is under medium waterflow, and opens daily, the tentacles are swollen like this even when the lights are off.so I feel it's healthy. I feed it once or twice a week with LRS frozen food. I am just wondering if anyone else has seen this in their duncans, and is there something wrong?
I have since moved them to the sand bed, and it has gotten a little better. I am thinking maybe too much light, will include the pics so someone can hopefully ID this for me.

here is a full tank shot, the duncans were orignally placed left of the Torch about mid tank. I moved them down hoping it was a flow or light issue, so does anyone have any idea why some of the tentacles are so swollen?

LOL I can't get my bubble tip anemones to bubble and you have a Duncan bubbling

Hard to say why, It appears to be very healthy. Personally I wouldn't worry about it

I've always kept my Duncans on the sand, me thinks it was getting too much light with the new bulbs?

you doubled the amount of light plus the extra intensity from the new bulbs without acclimating it so my guess its just a little stressed out. keep on the sanded for a short while and it should improve

Mine did that for a couple hours after I moved it towards the middle of the tank where there's more light. It went back to normal and is doing fine
