what is the needs and care of these corals

Decent lighting and occassional feeding... Pretty much the same as most LPS... I keep them about how I keep my blastos and acans...

i have 400 hqi so i should place them up high or down about 12 inches deep

They are a very hardy coral. Don't forget to feed them at least twice a week.

i have all of these corals in my 20 gallon with 80 watts of pc. but i am going to upgrade to 150 watts of mh tomrow where should i put the stuff? i usually have the blastos on the bottom along with the duncans, but the acans are about halfway up in the tank. also do the like a lot of flow?

Put 2-3, maybe even 4 metal screens above your tank when you change lighting. That is a VERY big upgrade and it will take time to acclimate them to the new light so they don't all bleach. Every week take off one screen and then your corals will be happy and none should need to be moved.

where am i supposed to get 4 metal screens?

You can get window screen from Lowes or Home Depot. This is a great and cheap way to acclimate your tank to an increase in lighting.
