Dwarf puffer?

I understand a larger puffer would make snacks out of my hermits (of course so should my aussie tusk and trigger but I digress).

Anyone have any experience with a dwarf puffer such as a bennet's sharpnose or mimic saddle puffer with inverts and a bubble tip or long tentacle anemone (no corals)?

Thanks

I have a blue spot toby. Fine with anemones, shrooms, leathers and softies. Ate my porcelain crabs. Tries to eat snails if they fall off the glass. Tries to eat hermits but I still have some so less successful at that. Have had the fish over a year. May be responsible for some fin nipping every once in a while but I haven't seen it happen, only some damage to my mandarin and pipefish tails. Otherwise, extremely peaceful. Ignores other fish. And it's a really neat fish to watch.

Good to know. Thanks!
Have feared adding one thinking it would wipe out my hermits
Although I was told that about my trigger and harlequin tusk and neither have been an issue.

anyone else with experience of having a dwarf puffer and hermits,
Mexican turbo snails (too big for a dwarf puffer?)?

TIA

Just an fyi, a mimic saddle puffer is not a puffer. It's a filefish, that mimics, well... a saddle puffer lol. I'm guessing you've been browsing dd since these were both lately posted.

I have a Caribbean sharpnose puffer, Canthigaster rostrata, and no issues with hermits of all sizes. However, small snails are toast. Have not tried any large snails. He would much rather beg for food than hunt hermits.
