Hi I have 2 medium size clownfish and a anemon. I was wondering if I could keep a dwarf lion fish with them. I have a 75 gallon tank. Also if I can how poisones are they and what happenes if u get stung. Thx

IMO, I wouldn't do it. Not for worry of getting poked, but anything that can fit in the lionfish's mouth is potential lunch.

I would say no, since the lionfish would still try to eat the clownfish, even if the clownfish is the same size as the Dwarf Lion. The poison has different effects with different people, some say it's like a bee sting, while others require hospitalization. Either way, getting stung hurts, so I would wear some kind of protection(Personally, I wear thick kitchen gloves whenever I work in my tank).

From what I understand about the poison is that it rarely kills a healthy person but it is seriously painful(I'm not sure but I think it can cause a heart attack?)

I had a Dwarf lion last year, don't worry about the sting most of the time the lion will actually swim away from you when you put your hand in the tank. Just be wary of it's location though. Yes they will eat ANYTHING that can fit in their mouth. You can go ahead and keep if you really want it, however it really limits the fish you can get, if you do add it, all the fish you want to add have to be larger than the lions mouth. Also they do create a lot of waste so make sure your filtration can handle it...my old tanks filtration couldn't keep up...nitrates bombed the tank..lesson learned
