Dying Snails

I have a reef tank that just finished the brown algae bloom and notice that my snails are dying off. The ones that are left are hanging out at the top and not moving. I think they are turbo snails. What could be some the possible reasons for this and are there snails that can stand up better to tank life than these? All testing parameters seem to be normal.

Check youre calcium level. Snails need calcium to "grow" their shells. I think it should be at least 400. Also, if youre temp is too high, it could kill them if they are cooler water snails like mexican turbos.

What are all of your water perimeters? Also how long has the tank been setup?

The tank has been set up about 6 weeks.

Ammonia and nitrites should test ZERO. Otherwise, that is the culprit.
