Dying Turbo snails ='(

I've got 2 in my tank and these guys are little tanks/lawn mowers. They eat everything in sight which is good. I've had mine for about 6 months now I think and absolutely no issues with them ever.

Anyone of you that have posted using chemi pure? I'm not. I hear it's amazing.

The reason I ask is it gets rid of copper levels as well from what I read. Copper can be very bad on turbo snails.

I'm picking some up today. See how it works.

i have two turbo snail in my 29gal that i've had about 6 months. I have had zero problems with them. I love these little guys, they just munch, munch, munch away on the alge in my tank. Although, i have had to flip them over a few mornings. I hope yoou get it figured out.

In my experience almost all varieties of snails I have are stagnant during the day. My two turbos do just as yours are and seem to be doing poorly. take a look an hour after lights out and there are snails and shrimp on everything.

Been checking on them to see if there is any movement at night, and nothing. Same as during the day.

I did my weekly water change yesterday of 30%. I'll he posting the parameters after I measure them today sometime.

I completed a 30% water change yesterday. Levels remain the same as the day before.
Snails appear to be on their last dying breath. Almost to the point of removing them. Not sure how to get my levels oh phosphate and nitrate to go down.

I have checked my water quality that ok adding(rodi). It's good.
Lights are only on for 6 hours tops.
Changed 20% of the water every week.
Not sure what to do now.
