echotech not "seeing" my radion

I wanted to turn down my led intensity so I hooked up my radion to my computer and attempted to do so. Well, I guess I deleted all the information that the radion was running on and now I can't seem to "start over." It looks like echosmart live can see my radion and I'm going crazy. Im connected via a USB cable and Im stuck. Anyone have issues like this?

I contacted ecotech when my computer couldn't see mine. It ended up being a bad usb cable.

I had the same "problem".

Simple fix, I believe Radions have 4 RF channels to operate on.

So for instance, you can set these channels to a cluster so other Radions from another cluster are not disturbed when programming them.

I sold my Radions so I cant help you navigate were to change the RF channel but it is on the software.

EASY FIX!

Your Radion is not broken.

Call up EcoSmart Live and explain what I told you as an option for quicker diagnosis.

first as mentioned is try a different usb cable, a thicker one if you have one. I was surprised at how sensitive it is to the cable used. I had the same issue at one point.

If you do reset it, give ESL a few minutes to catch up before trying to adopt it again.

My post is assuming you are using all ecotech materials, USB included.

If you are using an aftermarket cable, then well .. .. ..
