Ecosmart live apps not working

Today the apps keeps loading on my iPad . I tried to unplugged the reeflink and still not working. What should I do?

The EcoSmart Live App is for the iPhone only, not the iPad. You can use the iPad through the Reeflink by logging on to ecosmartlive.com. I asked this same question a few days ago myself. The functionality of the App on an iPad is totally unreliable.

It is not even working on my iPhone . It just keeps loading
 
I just went to ecosmart live website with my login and it say that I am in offline mode. How can I connect?
 
I have the same problem, I can't load a schedule for my radion.

Do not no what to do?

Its finally working for me now. I have to unplug the reeflink and then plug back in and then log in with browser. The phone app is really crap. Not working almost all the time

I tend to use ESL sporadically, as once I have a good Radion program or a Vortech program I like, I stick with it.

I have two MP40s, two Radion Pros, and six MP60s spread out among three tanks, and only used ESL for the Radions for months and months, and finally got around to updating my Vortech drivers for ESL programming last week, and encountered some strange malfunctions with my Reeflink, like in one case the Reeflink was finding my 10 devices, but they were not showing up on ESL, or my programmed equipment groupings were showing up on ESL (offline Mode), but the Reeflink could not find any of them.

Anyways, after a couple pretty lengthy calls with EcoTech Marine support Alex, Zach, and Ryan, and trying some different ways to troubleshoot the issues, they did a firmware update to my Reeflink that has seemed to solve my issues.

The light is not blue most of the time. I just waste money on this thing. They also need to improve ecosmart live, because that's the only way to make settings for the radion.

It sounds as though your ReefLink is experiencing RF interference. I would recommend directly connecting to your router using the included Ethernet cable to resolve the issue.

But if I need to connect to the router all the time with a cable, why do I need to buy the reeflink . I bought it because I can place anywhere .

Technically, you are right. Also keep in mind that the ReefLink not only replaces the USB cable from your computer to your Radion, it also replaces the Connection Manager and the need to have a computer on and running. When products offer Wifi and Ethernet, it is typically faster and more reliable to use Ethernet if at all possible. If you are completely opposed to Ethernet and want a truly wireless setup, then it might be advantageous to change RF frequency of your EcoTech Marine products. This is something we can help with if and when you want to do it.

How can you help me if I'm not located in the US .
 
I even can't get connection with the reeflink with ethernet. I was making changes with my schedule , but can't upload to the radion now. It's already down the whole day. Very dissapointed with the reeflink. Really want to throw it in the garbage .
 
I already sent email to ecotechmarine and i tried to update the reeflink , but it says " An error occurred while updating Bridge "

My internet connection is 100mbit fibre, and the reeflink is wired by direct ethernet cable. I know my internet connection is solid because I use it constantly.

My experience with Reeflink has been extremely poor.

I would recommend ensuring you are updated to the most recent version of the firmware.
