Is anyone else having issues with EcoSmart live? I'm trying to change the light spectrum on different time points for my Gen 2 radion pros and it's not letting me make any changes other than time. Any ideas?

Im having trouble, lots of trouble, have not been able to get it to work for like 3-4 months now! And I'm not a newbie on this stuff, trust me, i have tried everything. Nothing work anymore! And ecotech do not tell me it`s the webrowser, believe me i tried 3... ESL are totally crap and they are totally quiet about it.....

Thats funny because my ESL works everytime on my macbook and iphones. Ive only ever had one problem.
Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies, I had to do that once when it was acting weird.

I've been programming my lights since day one with my Apple iPad and it was just recently that the actual EcoSmart website wouldn't work for me to actually change light settings. That said the app works so all it well now.
I have, several times over and over again actually, i done all procedures u can imagine, even uninstalled my virus-program and so on.
The app, that mean u got reef-link or is it an app out for macbook now. (i not have reef-link, with that said it should work anyway) it have worked well before (i have had different radions since the day gen2 reached the market), it have worked worse and worse for the last year now in my opinion and if search the web it seems lika I'm not the only one. With windows computer its more stable like night and day comparing with my macbook I'm lucky to still have one, not spending anymore hours with it on mac again, it start to work for around 1/30 tries now.. But it is really good WHEN IT WORKS.

I tried for 8hrs on Sunday, 9/4 to setup the new Gen4 via ESL on my Mac and was unsuccessful. Extremely frustrating. The ESL website timed out and was showing an Offline status.
Unfortunately I had to give up and leave the light running at 100% and set the Apex to turn it On/Off for a 12 hour period. I won't be back home for another 1.5 weeks to try and program the light again. I need it to be at 65%. Hopefully I don't fry all the corals on that side.
ESL has always worked for me in the past. I tried rebooting the light, rebooting laptop, unplugging the cable, waiting, etc...Nothing helped. I'm worried
Here is a FTS. The GEN4Pro is on the left. Previously I had a cheap LED in this location. On the right is a Gen1 upgraded to a Gen3Pro.
