I recently had a Reeflink given to me as a gift. I had some troubles getting it to connect, and ended up having to send it back. It was replaced, and now I have a working Reeflink (huzzah!)
So I added my one vortech, my two Gen 3 Pro Radions, and everything was working great.
Then I added a Gen 2, XR30w, and what a problem it has been. I can get it to turn on, and I have added it to my list of lights, but now every time I log into ecosmart, it's offline, and my reeflink is not connecting.
Super frustrating, as my plug and play experiences have not been so... plug and play. Any advice?
I have taken the power off for all three, and restarted my computer. I have then attached the USB cord to try and connect my G2 with the rest of the lights, and opened up Ecosmart Live's connection manager through the program. Nothing I do seems to work.
