EcoSmartLive Down?

Is anyone having problems connecting to EcoSmartLive this morning? I was trying to program my lights and the software keeps locking up when I try to program the lights. Now I cannot seem to access EcoSmartLive at all. Just goes to a white page. Any thoughts?

I was able to log in and make changes just now. Using an older mac and firefox. Maybe try a different browser? Sometimes I have issues when using firefox and things work better with safari.

Dan,

I would also recommend switching browsers, ESL was designed around Google Chrome and Safari. Using one of those two web browsers will resolve that issue for you.

im using chrome and my vortech schedule does not load. it stays at the loading screen.

Thanks Everyone,

While I was having trouble with EcoSmartLive yesterday, it seems my lights ended up in some corrupted state. Last night I created a new profile, and then I had to factory reset all 8 of the Radions over my tank. (Using a USB cable which was sort of a pain to do one by one). After I reset the lights they took the programming correctly.

Well I'm unable to make any changes to my lights or vortechs now too. Ecosmartlive keeps locking up for me and I am using Safari. No luck either when attempting to make changes on my iPad or iPhone.

If you're still having issues, I would recommend following the steps below:

1. Power down the ReefLink for 30 seconds
2. Unplug all EcoTech Marine Radions and VorTechs for 30 seconds
3. Sign into EcoSmart Live using either Google Chrome or Safari as your web browser
4. Select the "œDevices" tab at the top of the screen
5. Select "œRefresh Devices"
6. After the device icons turn blue, you are now connected.
