Is anyone able to connect right now?
It's been about a day since I'm able to connect, and it's getting pretty frustrating.

Why can't it be as simple as installing a program on your computer and plugging in that way. Why do we have to go thru a website that doesn't hardly work at all.
 
I plug in my light, I open connection manager and it says it's connected to the light and to ecosmartlive. I click on open ecosmartlive and a browser window opens, I log in, everything loads, but it says I'm offline.

Am I missing something, or doing something wrong? Or is the service down again?

EcoSmart Live has been running well all day. It sounds like you are doing everything right. Please try again at your earliest convenience and let us know if you still can't connect.
 
Ok, it appears to be my laptops fault. I restarted it just to see if that helped, and it had a few updates waiting. So apparently that was causing the issue with connecting.......it's now working fine and I was able to make my adjustments.

Thanks for the help, I'm only a couple days into using the Radion Pro........so I want to make sure I was doing things right.
