Is there a good tutorial online or a good video? Got my aquarium setup, lights designated then I went to program and nothing. Disconnected and tried to get back on. Got time out alert and offline mode. Starting to get frustrated.

Were they purchased used? If so you need to process a factory reset then try again. Usually that's why they search then eventually disconnect

Power down your light, unplug usb, disconnect power supply for 30 seconds, plug back in power, turn on light, plug in usb, go to ecotech live, should connect. If not, do a factory reset. hope all works out for ya.

You have reef link or using USB cable?

If you do not have the reef link you cannot program wireless.

Make sure you are using Google Chrome as your web browser. Additionally, please give us a call for more advanced troubleshooting.

Hello everyone, I got it working. I had to download the software 4 different times then the last one finally started working. Btw love the lights
