Ecotech RMS height - can someone help?

Can someone with a Ecotech RMS for XR15W (maybe even XR30W) measure the exact height from the top of the glass to the part where the light is attached?

I have a rimless tank with a canopy with a open back side and a cutout on top where the Radion can be used. However I am afraid that the RMS height wont be enough. I need about 10-11" of clearance from the glass top edge.

9.5" is what I am measuring for my reefer 250 ..hope that helps

Thanks. Someone else has about 10" either way, too low for me
