Just Reefin'
So I've been an Ecotech customer for several years from owning MP10s in my old cube, to now MP40s, and 3x Radions. This morning I woke up to my left Radion being dark... freaked out that my ballast, or light was dead I called Support....
Alex got on the horn, explained it was just a fan that was dead and is overnight me (Saturday delivery) 3x brand new fans to fix my problem..
Just a thank you you to Ecotech for taking care of the customer... For everyone who complains about price of the gear, etc, try getting that kind of customer service with some overseas company or china LED company.
