Ecoxotic Customer Service Review

I setup my wife's 14g Biocube in her preschool classroom and her students love the tank. It's just a pair of Ocellaris with a emerald crab, hermits, snails etc. I ripped out the stock lighting and installed three Ecoxotic 12" 6w stunner strips. Over the course the last 18 months all three stunners have taken some damage from precipitation behind the splash shield. A few of the LEDs have gone out on each strip.

I e-mailed Ecoxotic an inquiry about repairing the units, replacing the LEDs etc. They wrote back and asked for pictures of the damaged units. Once they had pictures they promptly shipped me replacement units. This is excellent customer service and I wanted to give them a nod here.
 
Had a similar issue with one of their Panorama Pros, sent replacement with comment about providing adequate ventilation. Ended up drilling a series of holes on top of my Nanocube 12 DX to allow heat to escape.....No issues since
 
I had a similar situation with my Milwaukee refractometer. For some reason the water was leaking down into the unit. I called them up, and they replaced it at no charge. I also had a PH meter that wasn't working and sent it along, and they sent it back fixed at no charge.

I'll have to check on the ventilation. They mentioned that in the e-mail to me as well.
