Elegance and Sarco detaching - help!

Hi, hopefully you guys out there can help me with this or give me any idea what is going on with my tank.

It all started about three weeks ago when I noticed one of my sarcos was keeping closed for a couple days; since this happened before for 2-3 days and then he was back to full polyp extension I was not concerned. Then, about a week ago I found this guy fully detached from the rock where he was living and floating in the bottom of the tank. Three days ago I found that an elegance I have kept from 2 years has started to detach from the shell as well. When I looked at the elegance's shell I noticed a bug living in the shell (see the pic) and I removed it assuming that it was eating the coral. I have other sarcos and they have not shown any sign of stress or detaching.

The sarco has not opened again and the elegance keeps opening as usual but seems that continues detaching. I read a couple posts where seems that this is called "polyp bailout" and most probably my poor guys will die.

Actual water parameters are: Ca-420, Alk-8.4 dKh, Mg-1200 (I had an spike of 1800 due to a wrong dosification for a week), Ph-8.2, Salinity-31 ppt, NO3-10 ppm (spike of 15 ppm and now using biopellets to lower them), temp-78 F, phosphate-0.1 ppm

Any idea of what is going on here?

Thanks!
