Do you supplement feed an elegance coral? I didn't know if they are similar to a plate coral or if light only is sufficient? Any links or info help on these guys I'd appreciate it.
Thanks
Get an aussie elegance rather than an indo elegance. Indo's are collected in much deeper water due to over collecting in the past and they dont seem to fair to well when it comes to our bright lights. Aussies are collected in much shallower waters so they can with stand out lights. I feed my shirmp and cyclopeeze (teaser). It snags it up. I have an aussie and the tenicals are SUPER sticky. To the point if they touch you you have to use your other hand to gently pull it off your skin or you will tear the tenical. The plate coral and elegance are both LPS but require diff care to an extent. Plate corals you can have medium flow. Elegance corals you will want very little flow.
