Elegance coral

Just wanna know if anyone in the area is selling a elegance coral frag from their colony if they have one. Just checking before I spend the money on the net to get one.

Mine is very large but I would be afraid to frag it. Blue zoo aquatics has one in their top 50, not priced too high and they offer free shipping at a relatively low total.

Thanks jorge. Just wanna try my hand at one as a alternative to a anemone that may move around and cause a path of destruction in my tank. Elegancw corals look like anemones to me.

I have the same thoughts about anems, one walk across the bottom of the tank could wipe out a lot. Realize that when a site says a 3" elegance they are probably talking about the skeleton and the coral will open to at least double that when happy so they can take up some room especially if they grow fast like mine has.

Any idea if yours is aussie or indo. Ive been doin the research and keep reading that over the years indos have become harder to keep and less hardy than the aussies. Problem is indos are cheaper than the aussies.

I really do not know, have had it for about 2 years and seems very healthy, skeleton is about 4" but opens to over a foot. only feed it every 3 weeks or so.
