My original elegance ate a mandarin and died. Both were healthy prior. Today I woke to find the replacement elegance ingesting a large sea hare. I removed the hare;however, they release a toxin as a defense mechanism. I run carbon and changed 30 gal of water. (120 gal display with a 40 breeder sump) I plan to do another 30 gal tomorrow. Are there any other precautions I can do? Fish and corals seem fine now but in my experience, once a coral gets in trouble, it's a downward spiral until it is dead.
