Elegance question

I bought one a few weeks ago and it has been doing well. Today I noticed he didnt open fully and with a flashlight tonight I saw what looks to be a little white crab burrowed in the skeleton. Has anyone heard of this? is it good or bad? I can also provide pictures if needed.

Look up Gall Crabs. They're bad, you'll want to remove it ASAP.

I had same issue removed crab and elegance turned around the next day.

I first want to thank you for the help, then I can show you the surgery I performed. I just used a flat head screw driver and dug him out.
