hi guys, so i had this mini aussie elegant for about 3 weeks, it was opening fully and looked fine in my stock BC14. Then this weekend i swapped out the lights for 12 LED's, which are currently running at 300mA(1/3 their full power). Now the elegant wont open fully. Nothing else in the tank changed.

Not sure if it is a issue with too much or too little light? Can anybody help

thanks

Are there any pics? If the tissue or any part of the corals starts to melt or decay, them I would take action fast and be worried but otherwise, no need to worry. Sometimes because of changes or stress, coral won't open. Unfortunately, elegance corals have a far lower chance of survival than before when they were a beginner coral. The Aussie elegance still has a better cance of survival than the Jakarta counterpart. So, let's just hope it will live! I believe that it is just stressed from the change. Tank parameters? Yes, I also believe it may be getting to much light.

most likely getting too much light. Try moving it to a shadier spot or putting some layers of window screen over the top of the tank and see if it responds.
