Almost a week ago I sent email/question to customerservice@bluezoo... and never got a reply.
Did I used wrong address?
 
Thanks for letting us know. We do ask for 24 business hours for a response but if it goes beyond that, it probably means we did not get the email. We also do keep phone hours during the week so you are always welcome to call.

customerservice@bluezooaquatics.com for general questions

or

info@bluezooaquatics.com for livestock specific questions

I've had this same issue. I sent an e-mail to the "info" address nearly a week ago, tried the "customerservice" one after seeing this.
