Emerald crabs can help but any crabs are hit or miss if they'll mess with corals, another option is hydrogen peroxide dip consisting of 25% of 3% hydrogen peroxide that you buy at store or pharmacy and 75% tank water, dip for 3-5min, then use another container that has tank water in it to wash the zoas then place back into tank. Use at your own risk as its possible the zoas may not like the dip and die.

It's on the live rock, not so much the zoanthids. If it was it would be much easier to deal with.
