Emperor Angel & Shrimp question

Would one expect that a Scarlet Cleaner shrimp would be eaten by a Emperor Angel?

Yes and no. If it your shrimp became fish food it was either sick, starving, or molting. Otherwise if your shrimp is healthy... your emperor was not the culprit. The only other thing I can think of is that if your shrimp is small enough healthy or not It probably looks like a gourmet platter for your emp.
