Emperora Angel and Rics?

I know my Emperor eats zoos, but doesn't eat mushrooms. Does this mean he won't eat Rics?

I have a yellow bar (maculosus) angelfish who eats zoanthids and mushrooms, but he has not eaten a ricordia yet. I have had one for a bit over six months, and it is doing quite well.

I also have an emperor. he eats zoas like crazy but does not touch my shrooms or rics.
