End of Cycle Question

So I've been monitoring my tanks parameters for the past week daily after I added 60lbs of base rock to my 72G bowfront tank. It had new dry sand in it for a few days prior as well as about 25lbs of live sand from an established tank and 30lbs of live rock as well. I've been skimming 24/7 and have pulled out some nasty stuff. I've had good flow, and have been running the tank through the sump/refugium too with about 25lbs of live sand as well as chaeto and rubble. In the middle of the past week (4 days into cycle), my tank specs had spiked at
pH 8.2
Ammonia 1
Nitrites 1
Nitrates 40
Temp 82F
SG 1.025

Just a few hours ago (8 days total), I tested the tank and the specs were
pH 8.2
Ammonia 0
Nitrites 0.25
Nitrates 5.0
Temp 82F
SG 1.025

I just wanted confirmation that my cycle is close to ending? Hopefully I'm right. That way I can get some more things to add to the tank.

IMO temps a little high.

Little by little. My tank is one year old this month and I have 2 fish and 5 coral. I'm going slow, maybe to slow.
