End of cycle?

I have about 9 pounds of cured live rock and live sand.
Got my first reading of ammonia on day 3ish.

Day 5
Ammonia: 2 ppm
Nitrate: 0
Nitrate: 0

Day 6:
Ammonia: 1-2 ppm
Nitrite: 1 ppm
Nitrate: 0

Day 7
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0.50 ppm
Nitrate: 5 ppm

Day 8
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 0

Is it safe to add my CUC?
Or should I ghost feed for 1 more week to make sure it's cycled properly?
I thought it would take 3-4 weeks for it to cycle...not 8 days! I'm not complaining ;)
Should I go ahead and do a water change? How much?

I would wait at least three more days and if your ammonia and nitrites stay at zero add a small cuc. Since your nitrates are at zero I do not much purpose in making a water change. Because the rock was already cured your cycle was short.

Ok thanks. I'm going to pick up a couple snails on the weekend and see how they do. After I add them i plan on doing a 10-15% water change once a week.

Thanks 10GalReef, I've been searching for cycling parameters for ages seeing if mine are acceptable or not!!! Mine below :)

Ammonia:0.75
3 (16th Apr)
4 (17th Apr)
3 (19th Apr)
1or2 (24th Apr)
0.35 (25th Apr)

Nitrite:0.25
0.25 (16th Apr)
3.5 (24th Apr)
4 (25th Apr)

And nitrates are staying really low. This is my first marine setup and my first post on RC, I've been doing so much reading on here with research etc and this is so exciting!
I'm not sure if I've done it correctly (on phone) but I tried to add a couple of pics of my tank :)
