enough light?

I have a 8gal cube tank with a 3" live sand bed and 8+lbs of LR stacked so it is almost reaches the top of the tank. I have 2x11w PC currently on them (1x10K and 1xa.blue)
Is that enough? I have some mushrooms, xenia, and torch (I think) in there currently.
I can get some LED bulbs but I plan to keep mainly softies in there.

I can get 12w LED bulbs out here made by aqua medic called aquasunspot.

what if I wanted to add SPS? I could upgrade to the 12w LED which I would assume that it would cover the sps real nice, but would that be too much light for the softies?
