enough light?

just wondering if 226 watts of pc lighting will be strong enough for a candy cane, torch, and other easier LPS. this is on a 46 gal. bow tank.

I have 260PC over a 55g and a new candy cane. The larger part of the colony looks good but I took a snippet to place one polyp on the other side of the tank. (so I can see wich location will work best for them) and so far the little polyp looks great and extends his feeding tentacles nicely.

I had pcs over my tank and my candy canes torch and zoos did fine, but when I switched to t5s, the colors and extensions just went crazy and now they are thriving. It took awhile for me to get rid of the pcs and go with t5s, but the switch made a ton of diffrence.

when you changed from PC to T5's , what where the wattage differences if any?

i also have a 46 bow, and i plan on having a coralife 36" 192 watt fixture, is that enough lighting for LPS
