PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST!
Background:
I am building a house. Of course, it has gone past the estimated completion date (as well as the budget).
I am also renovating & selling my townhouse. Due to some poor scheduling on my part, I will have to be out of my current townhouse at the end of the month (February).
My new home will not be ready for a few months/years/centuries/millenniums/2-weeks(a la “The Money Pitâ€Â), weather permitting. I am having to move into a temporary residence in the meantime which doesn’t allow tanks as it is on the third floor.
Message:
I have decided to sell everything and start from scratch after my home is completed.
Disclaimer: I am describing everything to the best of my ability, but you are welcome to see this equipment before committing to purchase. This has to be sold as-is b/c I have nowhere to put it after the end of the month.
I DO NOT WANT TO PART OUT. I have made this an attractive deal for anyone wanting to get into the hobby or if a few of you want to go in together and part it out amongst yourselves that is fine.
I will take $3000 for all of this. It is a great deal, I believe I have over $10,000 invested (really).
I have only used the best equipment (see below) and this is as close to an automated setup as you can get w/o spending a fortune.
I have receipts & manuals for most of this stuff, and most is less than 2 years old (May of 2005). I have neglected the tanks for the last 3-4 months with all that is going on so most all the equipment will need to be cleaned good. This is a beautiful setup when clean and I have received many compliments on it.
This will be sold “AS-IS†but most is currently in use and working fine.
Not to be rude, but SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!. I hate to be like that, but with all that is going on, my family and I are extremely busy.
Here is what is for sale:

You will be responsible for transportation. It should not be too bad b/c the tank is on the first floor & you can back up to the gate which is only 10 feet from the tanks. I will help pack up and load. I am in donelson near percy priest dam close to the interstate
