Equipment use after ich treatment

I treated a fish for ich in a quarantine tank. I did not use a copper treatment and the fish died a few days after treatment. The pump I used to conduct water changed in the treatment tank is the same pump that I use to conduct water changes in my main tank along with making up the new salt mixes. I rinsed the pump off and let it dry for a few days. I then without thinking made up two new buckets of saltwater with this pump. I have not yet done the water change. Is it safe to use this pump and water? If not, how can I clean them?

Between QT's I soak/rinse all of the equipment associated with the QT in some water with a bit of bleach - then let dry. As far as ich and your pump - so long as the pump was dry the ich should have died,
