Okay. How do I submit a ticket? Just explain this through the "Contact Us" page?
Although unrelated, I can't remove old saved carts from my account. I get a 404 Not Found when I click the "Remove" button.

Yes, just fill out the form on the contact page and it starts a new ticket in the system.
