ETSS Modification

I have an ETSS 800 and would like to modify it. Can anyone tell me where I can get the black acrylic tube they used for the mixing tower? TIA.

Guys, here is my situation.

I love my skimmer but I am switching to a larger system so I emailed ETSS asking if there is any upgrade parts available. The answer is no so I am planning to extend the mixing tower by a foot and will ask either Barrs or Andy from Myreefcreation for extended neck. I am hoping this modification would allow the skimmer to process larger water volume.

What I find is that the ETSS 900 has a higher mixing tower but the skimmer box is the same as ETSS 800 and this is what prompts the idea.

I don't think Only the mixing chamber is taller...........

They do a lot of research on these and to just "add" some length might not be the right way to go???

The extension will be for the towers (ETSS has two) and the neck.

nop but I got a great deal for a used ETSS 1000 . Heck, I might use both the 800 and 1000 together. Talking about power...

HUM.... this doesnt sound good for ETSS skimmers...

I am in the middle between a ETSS SS or an ASM model...

How big are you going? I ran a 800 on my 280g reef and it kicked butt. I ran the recommended pump at the time which was a little giant. I don't remember if it was the pressure rated model.

The main tank is 225 and the sump will be 90g.
