Euphyllia cristata???

I spent a week or two trying to verify which euphyllia species I have. We bought it as a hammer, but until recently I guess I hadn't looked closely enough at details. It doesn't look like a hammer. It doesn't look like a torch. The tops look similar to a frogspawn, but the rest of it doesn't. I think it's E. cristata. Also, something else I haven't seen on other things, and I hope I captured it in the following pic, it has tentacles that come towards the mouth too, only a few though, the majority are pointing away from the mouth.

This head is getting longer, like it's going to split.

Any euphyllia experts out there able to confirm this ID?

Thanks!

Yesterday I got Dr. Shimek's pocketguide to Marine Inverts and there was a great picture in there of E. cristata that looked exactly like ours - so cristata it is! It's common name is grape coral, but I know other corals that are more common go by that name too, so I think we'll just stick with cristata.

If anyone has this book, it's on page 175. Interesting info: found in shallower water than most euphyllia, does well in bright but indirect light.

Does anyone else have something like this?
