Hi!
I'm actually losing all my euphylia's colonies and i don't understand the problem. I've tried all soft treatment / measure to save frogspawns. Problems started with a new euphyllia glabrescens colony last December which necrosed after few weeks. Then all my euphyllia have seemed to be infected. Same problems started on Euphyllia paradivisa / divisa / paraancora. It seems to avoid Euphyllia ancora. I was thinking about jelly brown but it doesn't look like it [even if it could turn to a jelly brown when Euphyllia is very infected ].
I will try to describe the phenomen. First the mouth of one branch start to gape and i can see the skeleton and some white ball of tissues throught the mouth. Infected head dies 2 days after - most of the time, tissues have been eaten by Lysmata during the night....
Here are some pics that describe the phenomen.
Parameters :
D: 1025
T°C : 25
Kh: 8
Ca : 450ppm
Mg: 1350ppm
No3: 0.5ppm
Po4: 0.03ppm
Any way to save frogspawn colonies ?
Sorry for my bad english ...
