Euro-Reef RC-180 Skimmer for sale

Hello everyone!

I'm selling my Euro-Reef RC-180 External Recirculating Skimmer.

Asking $250 OBO.

I've had it off line and sitting here for a few years.
The recirculating pump was replaced with an Eheim 1260 by Reef Dynamics (formally Euro-Reef).
That pump ran for about a year before I shut it down so the pump is in very good condition.

You'll notice some hot glue at the base of the skimmer, which in a panic, I thought it was leaking from there and applied the glue in hopes to seal it.
Anyway, turned out to be one of the Uni-Seals, which I replaced.

Also, in my experience with this thing, especially after cleaning, one of the Uni-Seals leaks until the salt creep builds up and seals it. Not a bad leak, but a leak nonetheless. Just thought I'd let it be known.

I'm just kidding. That's a solid skimmer by the way. I run a Bermuda and like the classic skimmers more then all the pin wheel ones.

I haven't heard Bermuda skimmers name for a very long time. Nice skiimer made in LaPalma I believe.

Yes! I actually found the vintage skimmer brand new still in the original dusty box at my lfs. I gladly paid full price and had the biggest smile driving it home. My wife jamie1210 has been running hers for almost a decade now... Still going strong with the original mag drive.
